A: Our monthly rates are already competitively priced. We do not offer additional discounts for 28+ day stays.

Q: What if my RV is older than 10 years?
A: We evaluate older RVs on a case-by-case basis. As long as your RV is in excellent condition with all systems working, please call us to discuss.

Q: Do you have WiFi?
A: WiFi is available for long terms stays for $25 / month.

Q: Can I have visitors?
A: Yes, visitors are welcome. Please check with the office regarding any additional vehicle parking needs.
