Reservations:


Full payment needs to be completed at the time of check-in either online or at the office.

Reservation fee and taxes:
A flat fee of $3.50 per new reservations will be charged.


Cancellation Policy


If cancellation notice is received:

-14 days or longer prior to check-in date:
option 1: Full refund less a $20.00 service fee.
option 2: Full park / store credit to be used within 1 year from original check-in date

less then 14 days notice : No refund but will receive park/store credit that must be used within 1 year original stay.



Check-In / Check-Out Policies::



Campsite – Check-In: 2:00 pm / Check-Out: 11:00 am

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out – contact front office

After Hours Check In: Please call office and notify them as soon as you are aware you will need a late check in. Contact us at (417)920-9292
