Long Term Stays (month to month)

Fordland RV Park allows long-term (30 days or longer) stays. The park is seasonal and availability is limited for long-term use based on the time of year.

Anyone wishing to stay long-term will need to meet the following requirements:

- RV needs to be 10 years or newer and everything needs to be in proper working order
-Complete an application and return it to our office
-Pass a background check
-Upon approval, pay a $150.00 refundable security deposit along with first month payment.

No discounts are offered for visitors staying for 28 days or longer.
